The power of vulnerability

The power of vulnerability Brene Brown is a researcher-storyteller. In the video she wants to expand perception. Her story started when she was a student and her teacher said: if you can’t measure it, it doesn’t exist. She wanted to understand things. Brene focuses on connection explaining that if we want to be connected we have to let us see because the shame is the fear of disconnection. Her year of researching turned to six years plenty of stories. She explains that the vulnerability is the core of shame but it is also the starting point of creativity,  belonging and love. What she learned was that we numb vulnerability. She finishes saying that the most important thing is that we are enough.
