South Korea and Finland: two nations that have completely opposite approaches whose students consistenly rank on top of the world. How is that posible?

Education systems of South Korea and Finland are very different. However, their strategies lead to the top of the rankig.

On the one hand, focusing on South Korea system we can underlined that parents care too much about children´s success. That is why children make an effort like a favour to their parents. Besides, South Korean children studies 2 more years in their career than American´s.  As this were not enough, they have private clases at nights. System of Korea is as the economic success story.

On the other hand, Finland system spend less time at schools. Children don´t start school until they are seven years old. Furthermore, they have far less homework than many countries. The aim of this system is to develop creative students. Moreover, teachers are more autonomous and people respect that job as teachers educate citizens.

From my point of view, Finland system is much flexible and they take into account the happiness of the children. However, the other system focus on mecanic strategies and this people are like machines.
